I recently read a report that said at the beginning of 2008, 1 in a 100 adult, American citizens were behind bars; either in jail or in prison. This was, I believe, the highest rate of any country in the world....
Interesting.....land of the Free, huh?

Everyone should be in jail every now and then.
In a way, we are all in a jail...but, we also have the key to freedom...
